Travel

I travel for booking with a minimum 3 persons group.

Travel Fee

Travel is calculated at $2 per km one way from my studio location.

If the location incurs parking charges, this is to be covered by the client.

If getting ready at Hotel/CBD you will need to ensure that parking is readily available at the location.

Public holiday and early morning fee

All public holidays incur a 10% surcharge on services.

An early morning or late evening fee of $50 per hour applies for bookings starting before 8am or after 6pm.

Location

My home studio is located in Box Hill, VIC.

Booking and Deposit

Non-refundable and Non-transferrable 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings.

Booking a Makeup trial does not guarantee your Wedding date booking.  A separate deposit will be required to secure the Wedding date booking.

Payment

Accept bank transfer and cash.

The remaining amount must be paid in full on the service day. If payments are made by bank transfer, it must be identified with your full name.

How long will the application take

Makeup application usually takes 1 to 2 hours, and hair styling takes around 1 to 1.5 hours. Timing may vary depending on the desired look. I always make sure there’s plenty of time so you feel relaxed, unrushed, and confident with your final look.

Cancellations

Booking can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before your booking time.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or in the case of a no-show, will result in the deposit being forfeited, and the booking cannot be rescheduled.
